Our journey began from personal experience. As an experienced marketing professional from Brazil, I encountered significant challenges when I moved to Ireland. Despite my extensive background, adapting to a new market required dedication, continuous learning, and creative thinking. Unfortunately, resources tailored specifically for international professionals were lacking.
I noticed a similar gap in the coaching industry and among headhunters—few focused exclusively on the unique needs and journeys of international professionals.
To address this, I began offering volunteer guidance and mentorship. However, it became evident that brief interactions were insufficient to truly impact someone’s career journey.
A pivotal conversation with Laura Lynch sparked the creation of something bigger. Combining my international expertise with Laura’s insightful mindset and English background, we founded HULA. Our partnership is the perfect synergy to offer a unique experience and effective support.
